In 2024, it was updated to contain information required by the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA). It includes Stevens’ standards of conduct prohibiting unlawful possession, use, or distribution of alcohol and drugs; applicable state and federal legal sanctions; University disciplinary measures for violations; health risks of substance abuse; and available counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation resources (see Appendix).
