Sanctions When an individual is found responsible for sexual assault, the following sanctions are available: 1. Expulsion or Termination 2. Revocation of Tenure 3. Suspension of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 semesters 4. Deferred Suspension of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 semesters 5. Administrative Leave without Pay 6. Revocation of Admission and/or Degree 7. Withholding Degree 8. Demotion 9. University Housing Suspension, Expulsion, or Restrictions 10.University Housing Suspension and Restrictions 11.No-Contact Requirements 12.Social Restrictions 13.Loss of Privileges 14.Educational 15.Mandated Assessment(s) 16.Removal from Grants 17.Revocation of Scholarship(s) 18.Revocation of Award(s) When an individual is found responsible for domestic violence, the following sanctions are available: 1.
